Forums - Sony Discussion - WOW at PS Plus for Vita!

What worries me about Playstation plus is that once you buy it you have to be committed to it in order to keep your games. It scares me that we will no longer own physical copies and will be at the mercy of publishers and subscriptions.

you can still pick up hard copies later cheaper if you wanted/like it,you defo have to look out for the cheap subscription deals so you can stack

basically if you have a bit of cash and decent internet this is pretty much a no brainer now, obviously if money is a problem then bummer

@huli

right pretty good then 2 & 2 seems generous

good games for stateside,

how does it work ,do you register your vita to your psn id,seems like a lot of free stuff for PS3 plussers who have friends/family with a vita for download

is it 1 ps3 one vita or 2 each for downloads per account

i belive its 2 ps3's and 2 vitas per account.

the Vita is tied to one psn id and if you change it, it formates you're memory card, so it might be a bit inconvinient using sombody elses psn account. you can brows the store and be singd in to psn on the vita and the ps3 simultaniously though, don't know about simultanious onlinegaming with the same account, havent tried that yet.

right but good for the family then if they want/have a vita

I'm surprised they picked the best games on the system to offer for free....I guess Uncharted will never reach 1million sales now. On the bright side, this makes it very likely that Uncharted and Gravity Rush will get sequels.

It'll reach 1 million physical, at least.

A lot of people (myself included) prefer owning physical over digital.  And I'd imagine a lot of people still don't know about PS+, despite Sony's best efforts.

Also, LittleBigPlanet 2 has been on PS+ for PS3 for months now, and in the past 3 weeks (according to VGChartz) it has sold: 10k, 14k, 19k.

Golden Abyss is still selling at 10k a week, it'll legs it to a million at the least.

2 PS3s and 2 Vitas per account, so should be enough for everyone! And you can disable accounts on old systems to make room for new ones too

yeah seems generous i'd be making it 2 systems vita/ps3 per account i think,2 each goes a fair way

i had to ring sony to get a system closed as it bricked and no way i could do it

didnt one of the developers say they were making a sequal for gravity rush? and not everybody has PS+, uncharted will still pas a million easily

good to know but that first post under the thread says you can't do it for video i think which is what happened to me trying to watch movie on my new PS3,

Pretty good, would entice me to get a vita if I had more money. But then again I would buy a lot of things with more money.

I want to know if people who do not have a Vita can still add these games to the download list via PS3, should they ever buy a Vita in future.

Yes
