I kept my account open and keep paying because I feel that FFXIV and its launch was the absolute bottom, it could have gotten no worse. looking forward to starting this game up again once its received its proper release.

supposedly they are doing a final fantasy 6 bit where you have the world of balance initially, then kefka moves the statues and now the game will be set in the land of ruin.

I bought my copy for 5 bucks and activated the free month last year so I can get that supposed free month when 2.0 launches. I can't exactly say I'm ecstatic, but it looks like a huge improvement.

Definitely does. Nice surprise too see that the animations look like they were redone.

Got this at launch and started playing again last few months, can't wait for 2.0! Hopefully they bring an mmo experience that thousands if not millions will play.
