It's just like whenever Fox News or CNN gets a hold of a little town story that wasn't supposed to leave that district, all of a sudden they plaster it on the front page and everyone around the country calls in and floods that little town's phone lines until something is done. Is a breathalyzer test really a standard procedure in every potential vehicular homicide? I don't recall anyone suggesting he was intoxicated or that there was a probability of him being intoxicated.

Would seem unlikely since he was on the job and talked to dispatchers right before the event.
I really think people are preemptivly making a big deal about this when they've yet to even BEGIN a proper investigation.
For all anyone knows he was tested and the person who reported this just didn't know.
For those who expect justice..dont be fooled. It wont happen.
