If EA/Dice knows any better, they should acquire the hulk license somehow and start developing right away. Either that or loan another company the engine ( maybe Sierra again, or whoever has the license) and let them develop it. But whatever goes down this game has to be made. NOW!

Frostbite 2 is what I would call the Hulk engine. It's a incredible piece of tech base on what I've seen so far. It renders destruction in real-time, and does it well. There is no better IP suited for it than our angry friend above, even more than battlefield itself. If the two mixes and the game is ever developed, it’s guaranteed to be a hit. The crumbling of buildings, crumpling of cars, blazing explosions and real particles and debris will never look the same twice. Seeing hulk's seismic wave smash (if that's the name ), and other moves, rendered in real-time and organically just needs to happen. 

The way I see it, the trouble with developing a game base on our angry protagonist here is rendering just that, destruction. Now in HD to boot. This is probably the reason why Sega's attempt wasn't that impressive. Maybe it was a resource issue. But now you got an engine that does it all for you. So they can now focus on gameplay elements a bit more. But even if the game  involves just hulk in a city with the Frostbite 2 engine, with no missions, I would buy it. Wouldn’t you?

Frostbite 2 + Hulk = WIN. There is no other outcome to this equation. You better make this happen EA or I'll be pissed, and you wont like me when I'm pissed.

Indeed many games with destructible environments are loads of fun. Use the Frostbite 2 engine and add the Incredible Hulk in the mix would make for a very fun game, but I would argue that some kind of story progression be included.
