Just check out how many yearly subs get banned every day.
5 out of the 14 are forum announcements
1 is to change a gamertag
1 is a 3 day ban
the rest are for cheating, modifying hardware, or asking for account details.
I don't see what you are getting at tbh or get that joke if this is one
Sig thanks to Saber! :D
posting some good ones
"My 12-year old's live account was banned for life and we would like to know why and if there is anyway it can be unbanned please. He has no idea what he did and the only thing he can think of is that someone told him to join a game on world at war and when he did he noticed it was modded so he got back out after just 2 minutes. Some kid that didn't like him threatened to report him and the next thing he knew he was banned for life. Please help us! I just bought him this brand new 250gb console for christmas as well as buying myself one with kinect. I have spent well over a thousand dollars on xbox stuff since christmas and thousands of dollars on xboxes over the years. My son promises to never join a modded match again. Please help, thanks!
hyperskyler is his gamertag"

he was playing all day yesterday his gamertag sup3r m4n sn1p3 and when his dad tryed to sign in it sent a message saying it was temporary suspended then he tryed again and it sent another message saying he has been suspended for around 8000 years i wondered what a nine year old boy has done to get himself booted off forever i looked on his profile and seen he had changed his motto to one that counld be seen as inviteing people to join his game he will infect them. i asked him where he had seen such a thing and why write it he said i seen it on another players tag thought it looked cool cause he had infected the game so i borrowed his motto.i assure you he doesnt know anything on how to hack or otherwise like i say he is nine has severe asthma so uses his xbox to chat to his freinds that he cant play outside with.is there anything you can do to help me his account still has 9 m onths left on it and its not cheap and he has been really upset thankyou

Guess it went right over your head huh?
SOrry about that.
MS is making a killing because literally dozens of subscriptions are permabanned every day due to hacking cheating modding, illegal activity, etc etc. When they want to continue cheating, they have to buy a new subscription. Seeing as how MS touts quite a high rate of active accounts, it would seem that banned players simply re-up after getting banned with their old account. Meaning, every day MS sells a subscription that wouldn't have existed normally, had these children not been complete dicks.
And this is just the people that think they can trick MS into reactivating their account over the forums. There's 22 permabanned accounts posted on just may 31.
F%&K man. If I had Xbox LIVE (with my luck) I'd get perma banned for sure.
Hello. my account; finga lickn fun was suspended and i was told my account was suspended because i was asking for peoples account details and i would mod their avatar for 1500 microsoft points so my friend could get the new map-packs. it wasn't a bad thing to do or a good thing to do. i think that the perma ban was a little much.. will you guys look into the suspension and tell me if it is possible to unban my account for maybe a month or 2?

"My Son (Vspeeder) was playing Xbox last night and was invited into a private game from another friend playing, after playing for a while he received a notification of being banned, I honestly thought it was some kind of glitch in your system, but when i saw an email this morning realized it was not. This is VERY unfair of you to decide to ban people permanently without any warning, JUST on May 19th you decide to lift your 2 week suspension warning, I'm sorry but that is not right, kids sometimes dont realize what they are entering, friends tell them this is cool, and they go in, not realizing it is something they can get banned for. If you would have sent a warning suspension like you state you use to, they would understand it better, but to just ban them permanently is wrong. We had just signed up for a 1yr membership and have been members for a number of years, but now i really need to think if this is the kind of company i want to maintain business with. We spend a lot of money on XBox every year as i am sure a lot of other people you are really upsetting by doing this do, not only does my son play, but we all do, and now you have not allowed us all to play. I love how you do not except phone calls on this matter as well, we have to type it into a forum, this is such a HUGE disappointment, honestly never thought Microsoft would do this to loyal customers that have otherwise never had a mark on their record. What is really sad, these games shouldn't allow glitches or mods to even happen. Again, so upset and disappointed, and will not just stop here at proving to people how wrong this is what you are doing."

This next one is my favorite
"i want to know why i got banned for life.. my gt is elnasty05.. also i am welling to pay any type of fee for activateing the account againg because it was my grandfather who bought live for that account before pasting away couple years back"
I love the ones where they say they are the mother of their x year old son. "He swears he didn't cheat and he swears he accidently got that mod!"
This response made me laugh-- "We are well-aware of how these infections are acquired and used. They cannot be acquired by accident, nor can they be accidently used in a public match. The suspension will stand as issued."
People are amazing.
Lol, this one was pretty awesome:

After speaking with phone support just moments ago, I was told to post on the forum to get some answers. I just had to change my gamertag, again today and I'm trying to find out why. Previously it was; TitsofLife, I was asked to change it after trying to sign in so, I did...this time to; T1tsofLyfe. I am aware of the Xbox code of conduct but, I see gamertags everyday advertising drug and alcohol use, violence, derogatory slang and even one about "tipping your hooker". In no way did I create my gamertag to be offensive (and yes, I realize not everyone is going to understand the name or my intentions) and changing it to the "T1tsofLyfe" was perfectly fine by me, for it still represented what I wanted it to. My gamertag is a nickname given for different reasons and one of the biggest reasons being *** Cancer Awareness. I've used it for a lot more than an Xbox gamertag and I would like to be able to use it once more. With the second go around, using a "1" instead of an "i" and changing the spelling of "life" should have solved any type of "problems" or so I thought. Was my gamertag flagged by a computer program? Other users? What can I do to get my old gamertag back or is that even possible?? If not, I certainly understand and I'll stick with what I have but, I just want to know why.....thanks!

You are awesome for providing that link in the OP
Microsoft makes plenty I'm sure due to the yearly $60 they make for online subscribers.
