wow is all I can say. Here's a quick rundown of the details announced.

- Android 2.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich) will be out this fall. Has full integration of Honeycomb (tablet OS) to phones. Some really amazing UI and feature stuff comes with this people.
- Android 3.1 (next Honeycomb version) comes out soon. Allows tablet OS to be moved to other devices like Google TV. Now Google TV will have every feature Android offers including tons of apps from the market. (this also means potential stuff for future Sony products or even the PS3 itself really)
- Google Music (in beta). Full cloud based music controller. No need for wires, instantly available on all android devices and any computer (mac too). Allows up to 20,000 songs, yes twenty thousand. Free for now, but will probably have tiered costs. Can upload your entire library from phone, pc, mac. Can "pin" songs, albums, playlists, etc, to have available offline on your android device as well. Additionally, it caches recently played stuff to work in off line mode if needed.
- Google Movies. tons of movies now available in Market for rentals. $2 a pop for 30 day rental, however, once you start watching you have 24hrs. Can be started/finished on different devices, all android devices. Honeycomb based devices will have available immediately (including Google TV), but phones (android 2.2 and up) will be available in a couple weeks.
- Android Open Accessory - this allows a completely free ADK to allow full USB (and eventually bluetooth) sync to any type of accessory. Far greater than simply uses too.
- Google@Home - coming from last bullet, now capable of controlling any device in home with this capability. This is the future here. walking in and having the lights turn on as it syncs with phone, adjust fans, lights, A/C heater, TV, stereo (to play music from Google Music), ANYTHING!!!
This is some serious shit here. I can't wait for all this integration. This far surpasses anything anyone else can or even has planned to do. Android is simply superior.
