I thought that was a good review, they basically say it's a good game, have fun

Not that long ago anything that got above a 7 was considered a must buy.

Yea i get your point, and i do understand that 7 is not bad and its average and how people nowadays think that the only time a game must be succesful is if it sales 5 million copies in one day with a rating of 9 or above, BUT thats only from one site, if you look at the games OVERALL reviews it got a 66/100 on the metacritic, with 12 being positive, 16 being mixed and 2 being negative. Indicating the game is okay and not that great. Some of yall can say that the metacritic is only about opinions of the reviewer , but lets keep it in perspective, if the game had scored a 90/100 on the metacritic every fanboy of the game wouldve hopped on the reviewers nuts saying their a good source and trustworthy and you should listen to them, but if the game got a bad score than all of a sudden its the good ol " reviewer doenst know what he is talking about " excuse. 66/100 that tells you something about how the game is, how it appeals or dont appeal to majority of the people, with a total of 30 reviews so far. Well just have to wait and see the rest, but so far its not looking that good.

it seems like socom 4 will never hit the 70's on metacritic

i would like to point out how in the wrong the review system is, when people think 7 is an bad game.
