Forums - Nintendo Discussion - New shipment of Mario All-Stars coming in March, Amazon already selling

"Nintendo said today it will do one final run of Super Mario All-Stars Limited Edition for the Wii before it's gone for good.

The last retailer shipments are expected to arrive on Mar. 13 in North America. After that date, Nintendo will no longer manufacture the title. The $30 collection includes classic NES titles Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels, Super Mario Bros. 2 and Super Mario Bros. 3, a soundtrack CD, and history booklet."

Also, Amazon.com is already letting you buy copies of this shipment for the $30 price point here. If you missed out the first time and don't wanna spend upwards of $70, now's your chance.

I won't miss it this time.

I'd be really happy if they announced a reprint of the Metroid Trilogy.

Just bought mine. I'm never opening it!

I was going to report this news.  Too late, but I need to order my copy soon.

Hopefully it gets a "Player's Choice" packaging or something.  I want my copy to be worth more than these second run copies!!

This is a title I would have picked up the first run around if they actually did something with it.  30 dollar price point is nice, but not adding in ALL the other 2d Mario games when you can do it for free?  And of course disk space is not an issue either.

Nintendo is going to have a drought of meaningful software for next few months and I don't think this re-shipment is a coincidence.

I went back and forth deciding if I should buy this the first time and missed my chance. I know it's totally not worth the price considering the content but, as a Nintendo mega-nerd I feel it's my patriotic duty. Glad I got a second chance! Ordered.
