There might be correlation between the amount of kittens born and the amount of people buy milk or something similar yet stupendous at the same time. KZ3 preorders are rising due to the pending release in a few weeks time and the fact that review scores are out for the game etc, if people were waiting for reviews.

I don't think that in this correlation proves anything.

I think GT5 is doing something, if not significant still a small boost, because every week in Europe PS3 is outselling both consoles, so i think the combination of software is moving consoles week on week, but in the EU i would specially say GT5 is the reason above other PS3 games.

but i doubt Killzone will do much, its an FPS in a saturated maket, and Black Opps only recently came out so most of the shooter fans will already be pre-occupied with that. in Europe and Japan, i just think the gaming interests are elsewhere but in the US the shooter fans already have Reach or COD for the 360.

so i think Killzone will be an excellent game just the PS3 has more of a diverse market and not enough people are really interested in it tbh. however its possible that it does significantly outsell Killzone 2 and is a bigger success than we anticipate.

if Sony would bundle it for 299$ and not 349$...yes...but the 349$ bundle will not have a big impact IMO...

So  Epic Games launch Bulletstorm on the same day as Killzone 3. First I thought how retarded but then the X360 version comes with Gears 3 beta so that will keep some people from getting PS3.

OT: am sure that K3 will sell some systems. Guerrilla made some changes to the game to bring in more fans.

Watch September NPD , Reach moved thousands of Xbox360 Consoles aswell alot in EU. But ofc Americas is Halos Strongest Region.

From a single-player point of view at least, Killzone 3 is the biggest disappointment of the year so far. It does have a few exhilarating moments, and it can probably still just about claim to have the best graphics ever, but it fundamentally plays more like a formulaic Call Of Duty clone than a successor to the current generations most intense, visceral FPS.
