I just finished this game a few days ago and I cannot believe I didn't play this when it first came out. It's a wonderful adventure game akin to Ocarina of Time that is full is horrible translation (which leads to absolutely hilarious dialog), great platforming and level design, beautiful graphics for an N64 title, and a story that is so Japanese that it hurts.(which is a good thing!)

If you're a fan of action/adventure games and wanna play one of the best N64 titles and one of the best games to come from Japan, definitely pick this game up if you get the chance. I'd love to see a virtual console release.

I wonder why we never have any new Goemon game on any platform anymore with all the resurgence of platformers and classic games. Konami is still in the business after all...
