I need help with something.  Where can I get an Assault Rifle?  Supposedly any class can obtain one through something called "Assault Rifle Training" I believe.  Help please.  I want to get an Assault Rifle so badly.  I'm a Vanguard by the way.

In Mass Effect 2, there's a mission aboard a Collector Cruiser. During this you get the chance to access "Advanced Weapons Training" which allows a Vanguard to use Assault Rifles.

Thanks dude.  Also, do you know where can I get some Element Zero?  I need it really badly.

Element Zero can be found in loot boxes on missions or even easier by scanning mineral rich planets.  It takes some patience but you'll eventually have way more than you need if you bother to scan/deplete every planet you come across :)
