So it may not have been the biggest game, but it was original and awesome.

 Do you think with the  popularity of the Wii they will put out a sequel?

What would the controls be like? 

Any news on the original coming to the VC?



Final* Word on Game Delays:

The game will not be any better or include more content then planned. Any commnets that say so are just PR hogwash to make you feel better for having to wait.

Delays are due to lack of proper resources, skill, or adequate planning by the developer.

Do be thankful that they have enough respect for you to delay the game and maintain its intended level of quality.

Nintendo may have been ok with the deal. Microsoft might be ok with the deal. The Rare guys were obviously cool with it. But us gamers got screwed. So many franchised gone the way of the dodo.

Yeah, I'm sure Rare must own the rights to Blast Corps. We still may see the original on the VC someday, you never know.

This thread had my hopes so high, i though OMG! CONFIRMATION, OR A RUMOUR!
...but no, none of it.
Damn this thread.



Games that would excite me beyond all other Wii games [excluding next Zelda] are PilotWiings, Blast Corps and a decent shooter akin to Goldeneye or Perfect Dark [ie before Halo ruined FPS]

Hopefully Timesplitters4 will satisfy one of them, Endless Ocean should hold one in check... but Blast Corps has never yet had anything equal it... and it sooo needs to be done.

Sigh. This thread fails.

If anything, we'll see Blast Corps as a VC/XBLA rehash game.

But I'd really, really love to see a new WiiWare/XBLA game based on Blast Corps. I've been hoping that since MS owns Rare, and they're making BK3, that they could spend just a little bit of time doing a sequal, or something oddly similar.

THat game rocked, Id buy it if they added new levels, cause I beat that game plenty of times(I still play my 64 version of it all the time).



Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

If a sequel did show up on 360, it would be a system seller for me.
