First of all, Monado isn't a company :P That's the original name of Xenoblade.

I don't know what happens if they don't extend the trademark for use, but basically Nintendo extended the trademark so they have more time to use it (although they don't have to).

They likely will use it. If they intended not to use it, then they wouldn't waste the time to renew the trademark.
