I'm sure if they were not already looking at it (considering the tech is not created by Nintendo, simply utilized) they are now.

PSP2 will be overall similar to current PSP design except it will have touch screen, 3D, camera, and tons of app store stuff beyond the move/game content already expected.

+ Full PS2 B/C, will be a "smarter" phone. 

Sony has been pushing 3D, so I'm sure it will.

Considering Sony is pushing 3D, I'd say yes.

might as well do it, prolly get raped on sales vs nintendo again but at least they can say "we have it too!"

It will not take that long. New technology is already developed and being shown.

no question sony have pretty much said they are. "So the next half is the extension of 3D into your computer, camera, video game, and so forth" sir Howard stringer

although he was referring to the ps3 I am sure that when they release the next psp it will have 3d tech. unless something goes wrong and everyone ends up hating 3d it would be silly not to put 3d in the next psp as basically all sony's other products are going 3d

well, if they weren't planning it for the last few years, then I'm going with yes but it won't be out until late 2011 rather than in late 2010 when the 3DS should release. If the 3DS really affected Sony's plans it would only delay the release of Sony's next handheld.
