Did this guy get banned for saying the vita would be discontinued due to low sales? LOL
It felt good owning you in this thread:http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=124445&page=2
Let's do it again some time.
hey man i don't mean to harp on the issue but i did follow your link and the other links provided by the site and i found one that should be interesting. i would like for you to go back to the thread and check it out. there are 3-4 links but the last 2 yet more to the point the last one will show MS does not own GEARS.
Hahaha so far 81% of people int he pole think your wrong! And is it true you thought gt5 would sell 3.9 million LTD? because if it is...i recommend a looong holiday somewhere nice :)
It seems the majority of you comments downplay Sony. Probably just a coincidence.
GT5 sold 2 Million week 1, on track to cross your terrible LTD prediction within weeks!
Agreed, i look foward to reading it! whenever you have time, dont rush it!
lol, i was reffering to why you thought about why darth was wrong about FF13 being a good game, i recently came to blows with him about that as well, and it seemed like you had a resonable argument up your sleeve! however its not worth wasting time over, if you want to discuss it put it on this thread, however dont feel obliged to do so:
Sony lists 14.2m production shipments for the year ending March 2007, and 14.71m shipments for the same year. It is clear the company made more PS2s before the retailers needed them, and then sat on some of the inventory for a while. The basis for my figure is that through June 2009 Sony says PS2 shipments are 138.8m whereas if you added PS2 production shipments to shipments from launch, PS2 would have already been at 140m through March 2009.
Sony was at 138.8m PS2s through June 2009. It increased by 1.9m through September 2009 and 2.1m through December 2009. If the figure had been sellthrough, then the press-release which was from August, would have cited August figures as Sony pays millions of dollars to companies like NPD, GFK, Chart Track, Media Create and other researchers to know exactly how much inventory it can sell in subsequent weeks based on the stock of world retailers.
So drop the damn the 145.7m
You are wrong about the production shipment thing - I have every quarter of production shipment and shipment for PS2 on my PC - to reach 145.7m you have to add figures from the year ending March 2007 that are production shipments to the shipment figures for the subsequent years.
ElGranCabeza hasn't added any games yet!
