Only bad Wii games sell badly - Bloober

They were pretty good games. Also, Metroid Prime Trilogy should have outsold CoD:MW2 on the HDs, because each one is a WAY better game than MW2, and there are THREE of them in the package, AND its only $50, not $60.Somehow I think they've missed something along the...

    Biography

    Height: 0'0

    Zodiac sign: Aquarius

    Relationship status: Partner

Favourite Games: The Legend of Zelda (with a special mention for Wind Waker)... Metroid Prime Trilogy, Super Mario Galaxy, Okami, Little King's Story, Beyond Good & Evil, Skies of Arcadia, Resident Evil 4, Baten Kaitos, Chrono Trigger, Super Metroid, Super Mario RPG, and series like Fire Emblem, Paper Mario, Golden Sun, Professor Layton, Mario & Luigi, Mario Kart...

Huge fan of cartoony and cel-shaded games, and japanese games in general: i don't like "realistic" FPS stuff, war games, the so-called "mature" western stuff, etc...

My favourite genre would be a mix of action/adventure, RPG, strategy, puzzle and platform... all that with a great art direction, excellent level design, perfect controls, and a very immersive universe... Zelda's the closest so far...

Favourite Music: jazz, soul-funk, reggae, hip-hop, african music, and lots of groovy stuff...

Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Don Cherry, Sun Ra, John Coltrane, Art Ensemble of Chicago, Medeski Martin & Wood, Lee Scratch Perry, Burning Spear, Beastie Boys, Money Mark, DJ Premier, DJ Shadow, Ninja Tune label, Masada, Can, Soft Machine, Nucleus, Terry Riley, Steve Reich, John Zorn, Sly & Family Stone, Funkadelic, Marvin Gaye, Last Poets, A Tribe Called Quest, Jungle Brothers, De La Soul, Marc Moulin's Placebo, Jackie Mittoo, Fela Kuti, Henri Texier, Augustus Pablo, William Parker, Devendra Banhart, Tim Buckley, Gil Scott-Heron, Marcos Valle, Caetano Veloso, Milton Nascimento, Camille, Serge Gainsbourg, Mano Negra, Tryo, Fontaine & Areski... et la Chanson du Dimanche! La PÍche!

Favourite Films: Most movies by Tim Burton, Terry Gilliam, David Lynch, Stanley Kubrick, Jim Jarmush, the Coen Brothers... sci-fi, and asian cinema (Japan, Honk-Kong, China, South Korea)...

Sin City, Renaissance, Old Boy, Pulp Fiction, A Scanner Darkly, Blade Runner, PI, Pan's Labyrinth, Dark City, Donnie Darko, Dersou Ouzala, Little Big Man, Into the Wild, Hero, Zatoichi, Lord of the Rings... many movies with Johnny Depp, Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Harvey Keitel, Edward Norton...

Animation fan, too: anything from Pixar, all the old Walt Disney stuff (with a special mention for Fantasia), the 40's-50's cartoons, the best of the japanime, and everything from Studio Ghibli: Princess Mononoke is my all-time favourite... and a special mention for Coraline in 2009!

Favourite Books: Mostly sci-fi: Philip K. Dick, Philip Farmer, Frank Herbert, Robert Silverberg, David Brin, Norman Spinrad, Ian M. Banks, Vernor Vinge, Dan Simmons, Neil Gaiman, Neal Stephenson, Arthur C. Clarke, John Varley... JRR Tolkien, Castaneda and CG Jung, too...

Favourite Food: From Japan, India, Thailand, Lebanon, Morocco...

Hobbies: Good music, good movies, good books, good food, good videogames, good weed... and good sex, too... :)

About Me: I'm not too old to play videogames, but i'm certainly too old for the so-called "consoles war"... and i prefer playin' (excellent) games than losin' my time on the net with some "stupid trolls"...

I know, it's the net... but i thought most gamers were smarter and cooler than that: the "Wii hate" is terrible to see, from people who are supposed to love gaming and all its past and future evolutions...
