Let me explain to you the Wii's system.
You can save games, pictures, sound, movies... on your memory stick. You can put I think something like 8gb SD memory cards in it. But that dont mean anything for this.
The downloadable content only works on the internal Flash drive. (conveniently it is soldered to the board) (and yes that is spelled right)
That is what you would need to upgrade. But then you would need to take the memory out of your memory card, and give it the proper pinout for the board. Basically impossible. And then you fry the OS on the Wii, and loose your Wii code... so that would fry your Wii.
