One of the first computer games I ever played, was also one of the best ones I ever played. 'SimTower' was one of the couple of games my stepfather brought home along with our first computer; an Apple Performa Macintosh. This game was pretty popular around the house because of it's accessible nature. The objective is to build a tower floor by floor while it's operational and stay financially healthy, until you reach the 100th floor. Easier said than done, because for one 'hundred' is a lot and managing your economy can become a mild challenge. You get money every morning, when people pay their taxes and rent. Most of the time, we'd leave the computer on, with the sound turned up, when we'd go downstairs for our evening meal, and hear the money roll in.
