Historically, the US market is always very strong for Nintendo products. Even with N64 that even competed with a console that sold a lot, like PS1. Sony's console only left the N64 behind when Final Fantasy came out. Perhaps there must be an affective relationship with the American public, something merely incremental, logical. If the console has few games or few system sellers, there's no way.
