From the articles I found, Samsung produces its 96-layer NAND waffers in China, which is their best one.

Where ? So far there's only one Samsung plant in China that specifically produces 3D-NAND flash memory modules and it's 32-layer last I checked ...

Samsung has zero intention to bring production of their latest 3D-NAND technology to China and practically all of it's highest-end solutions are manufactured either in South Korea or the US ...

It's pretty clear that Samsung do not trust their Chinese employees otherwise a massive state backed firm like Tsinghua Unigroup wouldn't have to pour in $30B+ to develop their own domestic technology ... (they also snagged Charles Kao too to lead their new DRAM unit)

How come when you find something on the net, it's so difficult to find it again the next day?

I'll try to find it again later.

Please excuse my bad English.
