Blades of Time. Like many games, I bought it because it featured a hot girl on the cover. The time travel aspect was unique and really fun. Wound up loving this game
Mercenary Force on Gameboy. Basically a side scrolling shooter but you chose different classes based on what you could afford. You chose 4 (or maybe it was 5) mercenaries and you could change their formation on the fly. Some guys only shot horizontally. Others shot at an diagonally. Some only vertically. Game was over when all of you team was dead. It was fun.
