Microsoft does not care about exclusives, anyway. Their business model is based on subscriptions and profits from games. It'll come to both.

It's a silly thing to ask whether they will do this considering that they ported one of their few prominent exclusives to the Switch (Cuphead).

You do know that the developer who made Cuphead isn't a MS studio.  Actually they got on board the indie development front of MS which doesn't lock any of the developers to their console.

As for MS not caring about exclusives, that maybe in the past since buying studios to make exclusives for your service sounds like they do care.

No, they are not an MS studio. They did however, pay for its publishing and Cuphead was advertised as a prominent MS exclusive. Furthermore, MS supported the port of Cuphead to the Switch.

Anyway, the point of the discussion is what MS will do with Halo Infinite, between two of its own consoles. I'm just saying that if they are already willing to share games with competitors, it's way less of a stretch to think that they'll port it between their own consoles. Halo is available on PC, as well - Microsoft is all about cross-platform support. They profit from the games, and they know it. They also continue to port Minecraft to every fridge and toaster out there, and they completely own that IP.
