We sold it and are splitting the profit. We close next week and that'll be it.

At least you're not stuck with the place and everything that goes along with it.

And, in my opinion, nobody should get married in their 20s. I think people have too much growing up to do in their 20s. People want love but, even at that age, I don't think people really know what they want in a partner. Especially females.
