There's a BIG difference between Hiku's post and the two other posts that he quoted. In my opinion there is nothing wrong with this post, seems to me like you're just looking for trouble.

The difference is the other two were just short witless comments that were easily ignorable, whereas this person is laying out evidence trying to implicate someone as a villain. When you're actively trying to put someone else's name in a bad light, in an extreme event like this and with someone fairly well known (not that I have a desire to defend Keemstar), it becomes a fairly serious issue, especially when people are still emotionally vulnerable from the event.
