If I dint clarify that in the OP then its my mistake. I think is less than a rumor but more assumption. I believe MS cant compete with SONY in any way, so they will bite the money bullet to at least assure more power.
It takes genuine talent to see greatness in yourself despite your absence of genuine talent.
