Look, you don’t pay me to buy what I want to buy

I will buy what I want , when I want and how I want.

If something does not provide me a reason to buy it, I simply won’t buy it - I don’t mind shelling out hundreds of dollars to something as long as it provides me a reason to do so, VR has yet shown me a reason to shell out such cash.

I mean I am not gonna shell cash out to play some 2-3 hour Batman demo.

If there is a dedicated VR game that is worth buying , I will pursue it - as of now there’s no point.

Its like you are upset that I am not buying a tablet pc like the surface pro when I have a hybrid laptop that has the specs of an actual laptop.

i mean why bring this up all of a sudden? Does it bother you that I can buy stuff? I mean surely you have the will power and hopefully the knowledge and equivalent amount of skill, same as I and most normal people do to say to be able to decide and buy.

Do my lists of game purchases annoy you that much ;p?

And so what if another store exists and doing scummy stuff, this world isn’t perfect - you gotta play the system to get what you want. I don’t believe in boycotts of products or services especially if they are of value that can be used for one reason or another.

And you are right, I don’t care because it’s not my job to care or fix other people’s issues.

I am a consumer, not some industry analyst, developer, stock holder  or accountant. I am not obligated to be loyal to one thing or another.

That's not even a part of the topic. I don't pay you anything, which is besides the point.

Anyone buys what they want, when they want.

Then you're selling yourself short if you're willing to pay more for less.

I'm not even remotely upset that you're not buying the headset. It's the fact that you've spent a lot more money combined in a year, each year at that, more so than the headset itself, yet an instant $400 price tag scares you off, that's the only part that actually perplexes me. Nothing to be upset over, just perplexed.

No, it doesn't bother me that you buy an insane amount of stuff (You do tell us this a lot of the time, discord or on here via lists, and have done for years now, not even taking issue with that).

Your lists don't, but I have seen them irk others recently and in the past (I mean, if I annoy some users on here, surely you can't see yourself doing the same with the listing)

The world was never perfect to begin with, we can never hope to even reach what we think is perfection, but that doesn't excuse scummy shit from being scummy and wanting it to be done away with. Supporting it just adds to the problem and ignoring/being non-caring, while feeding directly into it does make one a part of that problem, whether they like it or not. You don't believe in them, but ever so many do, and they do actually produce results and show the wrong doings as a result of pointing out wrong that has been done. Voting with your wallet doesn't do jack unless you're a part of the bigger crowd, that I believe is entirely flawed and pointless, but boycotting, actually trying to form a group to stand against an opposing company?, I don't see that as pointless, because it caries direct action and a clear message. Just not buying something doesn't.

No one hired you to be PR or become the guy that "fixes" someone's issues, no one's hired anyone to do that specific sort of thing, but taking actual action as a group can lead to sorting out issues.

I am a consumer just like you, only I believe in action and standing up against scummy practices. I do not want my consumer rights taken away, step by step, and I'm not going to be a non-caring guy, who will eventually bitch when he loses so much in the long-run. I'd rather do something about it now, rather than later.

Also, no, you do not need "loyalty" in order to seek change. That's not how that works.

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see
