Regarding the "I didn't get a thank you" bit, it reminds me of an old Chris Rock joke about James Earl Ray, the man convicted of killing Martin Luther King Jr:

"Now, old James is a little crazy. He seems like the kind of guy who would be walking around in prison on Martin Luther King Day saying 'Everybody got the day off, and no one even bothered to thank me!' "

Not just that but he's trying to take credit for providing his funeral when he had nothing to do with it.  So he's trying to take credit for something he didn't do and complaining that no one thanked him for it.  All while smearing the dead.

He allowed for the use of Air Force 2 to transfer his body.
