Nope. And exactly for the same reason Ben Shapiro wouldn't. It makes you no less evil than Hitler if you went on a murder spree killing countless babies to prevent crimes. Who's to say time wouldn't create a different, maybe even more dangerous, criminals in  their absence.

Yep, when there are so many other solutions to that problem, given you can time travel. If you take the quick, easy route and just murder babies (who have done nothing wrong) that are going to grow up to become bad men, you are no different and are committing mass murder, as well.
