Interesting. Software output has become very slow from the Activision side of Activision-Blizzard over the last couple years.

2017
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy
Destiny 2
Call of Duty: WWII

2018
Spyro Reignited Trilogy
Destiny 2: Forsaken
Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII

The last two years have followed a three pillar approach, Crash/Spyro remakes, COD & Destiny. I wonder what they will do to fill the void left by Destiny. I know they are publishing Sekiro but I dont see that being nearly as successful as Destiny, maybe they will start publishing more medium sized games again instead of focusing on a few mega hits?

I guess they don't really care. Looks like COD is enough for them while it is still the best selling game every year. Crash and Spyro also were major hits so probably they don't really have to worry about their software output.

Ya I guess. They have like a dozen studios that each used to make their own games and now many are just Call of Duty support developers.

Infinity Ward/Sledgehammer Games/Treyarch, these are the 3 main Call of Duty studios.

Toys For Bob/Beenox/Vicarious Visions, these 3 studios took turns releasing the Skylanders games before it got put on the bench, now they have each done a Crash/Spyro remake.

High Moon Studios, from 2010-2013 they developed 3 Transformers games and Deadpool, after that they had layoffs and became a support studio.

Radical Entertainment developed the Prototype games in 2009 & 2012 then had layoffs and became a support studio.

Raven Software developed Wolfenstein & Singularity in 2009 & 2010 then had layoffs and became a support studio.

FreeStyleGames, from 2009-2015 they developed DJ Hero 1 & 2, Sing Party and Guitar Hero Live then became a support studio before being sold to Ubisoft in 2017.

FunLabs used to make a bunch of hunting/fishing games then did the Tony Hawk reboot in 2015 and havent done anything since.
