Nice to see Nintendo is being more sensible about these sorts of things, though I do find it somewhat amusing the details regarding their new policies were dropped not too long after the YouTube massacre of channels uploading leaked gameplay/music.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
