I only see what people post here. This ad is more general public appeal too as they know Nadal.  The others that I have been mature ads but I don't think they had the star part to make regular people play attention and notice. 

Mature how?

As in adults can watch it without wanting to blow their heads off. (i.e. stupid sounds, stupid high pitch voices describing the game, voice sound effects, poor kid actors).
