6 hours of gameplay is just a bare-faced lie I'm afraid. The game took me almost 24 hours (just like MGS3 as it happens) and only a third of that was cutscenes. Needless to say there is also excellent incentive to go through the game at least another three times.
And there is little attempt at any silly philosophy, this is just another fabrication. I wouldn't say the story is exactly down to earth, but it's nothing like MGS2, and it works very well.
Please lay the hate to rest, especially when you havn't even played the game.
