That's a bummer considering it is the same price as just the stand alone game. I was going to suggest just buying the game as I'd imagine the strategy guide isn't anything special (i.e. most everything in it can likely be found in Wikis - or elsewhere).
You could always go used or new off of ebay for a little cheaper
Or the starter pack for regular price at Best Buy.com
