This really shouldn't come as a surprise. However, it should mentioned that most American allies wanted Hillary to win. She was the "safe" candidate who would have maintained the status quo. Most foreign intervention of American politics have come from individuals, not governments, though I'm sure governments do interfere in some way, shape or form. Though ironically, the biggest offender when comes to interfering in elections is the United States. It has been that way since the end of the Second World War.
