Ubisoft censoring nude statues in AC Origins Tour mode

Why has no one even mentioned that the game actually has topless characters roaming around in the world? Statues are censored but actual nude characters are allowed? I can't even wrap my head around this one. Check it out on Youtube or play the game. They are extremely common to find.
