To me Labo represents the 'novelty' horrors that Nintendo have done forever: they all last five minutes (even 3d). Meanwhile I wait for the next 'substance' to arrive in the form of a quality first party, traditional videogame. I think the horror and fear for me is that if Nintendo sees success again with the novelty and then forgets (forever!) how to make the next classic video game. Labo reminds me of plastic mcdonalds toys you get at the drive in, but costing over $100. Why are they wasting braincells on this stuff... sigh.

As others have said though, we don't yet know what the software side will be like... it might be more mario maker than wii music ? So I'll keep a slightly open mind and look forward to the tennis game and fire emblem in the mean time.
