PS4 pro specs on a vita-like handheld with a docking station. seems not doable in the near future. so I doubt it.
PS4 caters to a demographic that requires great graphics and most of the gamers would play on the TV. Otherwise, Japanese gamers wanted handhelds hence Sony would love that idea but hard to get a PS4 pro specs/level on a handheld so won't happen soon.
