I think it will have some kind of stealth in it. Just like the "Dont Breathe" part of the trailer. Maybe the monsters cant detect you if you dont move or something.

And yes, the trailer was running on the Decima Engine. Not CGI.

There was an interview a while back where Kojima confirmed that Death Stranding is a 3rd person action title and that it will be open world. Lots of others surprises as well that doesn't tell us much. I believe he also confirmed stealth elements. Which should come as no surprise. The game can be played many different ways and encourages other methods than just killing.
