So far my experience with the game is nothing like that.Its quite the oposite really.The AI is quite competent and they do their roles accordingly.If you like to have more control over the healing part of your party, just control the charachter that do the healing, instead of Rex.Or if you would like to be the tank, control the charachter that is the tank.
