What is your most played game of all time?

Only two MMO's I really played for some extended time. Other games can't compare to an MMO, so not even bothering to think of whether my say 200 hours of Tony Hawk Pro Skater or whatever could match them. Hell even Diablo 2 which I probably have like 500 hours in can't touch an MMO.

Speaking of Diablo 2, did Diablo 3 ever become good. I got it on release and played maybe 20 hours but just didn't feel it like I did 2. I had heard changes happened at times and I see 2 expansions have come out. Is the game good now? It could never obviously live up to Diablo 2's stardom and expectations, but I'm wondering if that same expectations clouded my judgement of game playing and I should give it another go.

I'm guessing you only played during the period where the auction house was open since the end game was really boring during that time. It did get better with the arrival of the Reaper of Souls expansion and the closing of the auction house and what they called Loot 2.0.

They made item drops more class specific, legendaries and set items started to actually drop through regular play, legendary items properties got worthwhile, they added paragon levels to go on top of the character level (which is capped at 70), they introduced the adventure mode, nephalem rifts and greater rifts, set dungeons, seasons and probably other stuff I'm forgetting right now.

It saved the game for me, the gameplay was much more interesting and it brought back the fun aspect of grinding to perfect your set or to get the legendary item that will give you an edge to go further.
