Strange though USA is criticized from when it intervene and for when they don't.

Because US has used the excuse of "human rights" when doing those unneccessry interventions in the past. This one could actually qualify as neccessary cause it's so blatantly a genocide.

There are several genocides and civil war going on around the world. Most of them if USA would intervene would probably be condemened. Sure I preffer their intervention, but it isn't like the ones they intervene they didn't had to prove a menace to world opinion or have the country request it.
