Thats far from the truth. You are really uninformed.Versus ended up cancelled, Nomura never managed to finish it because Square didnt want to(Probably something to do with FF XIII being a critical flop in terms of the franchise pedigree, but as for an official reason, there is none).FF XV turned out the mess it is because Square decided to switch directors, and Nomura only had directed the game for about 2 years in its 5 years development cycle. And there was an article somewhere saying that FF XV turned out very differently from what Nomura wanted it to be.As for not "finishing" in time, its Square fault.

As I had discussed this in numerous different threads, its Square fault to announce things when they are not even in fucking production.Imagine if Horizon was announced whn they first though about the IDEA?It would obviously take 4, 5 years to release.KH III took this long to release because it was also announced way too early. Not only that, but Square decision to change engines(from Luminous to Unreal) made the game get delays, since the two engines were too different. In another words, this bullshit about Nomura never finishing a game in time is the companies fault, not his.But people keep their delisions about blaming the man....

As for you not liking how he tells his story, that your bad.Its an amazing story and Nomura is, simply put, a master in making games. Now, it sucks that they are dispersed in different hardwares(well, not anymore) but thats the reality of things.

Na, he's just terrible at telling a story. If what he's made so far was a novel series, it'd just jump everywhere and be hard as hell to follow. That's just his style, which is honestly pretty terrible for consumers. It's pretty much a shit cluster orgy, which I'm pretty sure is the reason why they eventually pulled him off from FF15 cause like I said, he's fucking crazy. Good thing they did that too because he probably would have Duke Nukemed it if things were left in his hands. It's not like I'm hating on him or KH, I've played like very KH and I like the combat systems, but it's still a fuck fest of a storyt lol, I just want it to be over.

And yet, with his "terrible" storytelling skills, he managed to create one of the most successful Square franchises. One franchise that has one of the strongest fanbases out there, with numerous fansites and followings. Not to mention that nowadays he is the most prestigious director on Square, and his career is rivaled by only a few.Not to mention that most, if not every, game and franchise he had an involvement with has been very successful.KH, FF, Dissidia, and so on.Take your pick.Pretty sure not a single one of them Duke Nukemed.Inform yourself better.

Just as a side note:Nobody says that about Kojima games, and his storytelling and stories are more complex than KH.I really dont get the hate on Nomura these past last year, though people are starting to come to their senses lately.

Just admit it, you dont like his way of telling stories because you simply cant follow it.Be it because you like more self contained stories or ones that tells simpler tales, anything that goes off this confort zone you deem like a shit cluster orgy, whatever the hell that means. And its a shame too, since you are missing out one of the best stories told in videogames or any kind of media.Dont get me wrong, I like both styles. For some types of stories, more simple takes on it and more self contained stories are better. But for KH case, its better to do a long standing story. Not only that, but how many games nowadays has this kind of storytelling, that spans more than a few games? Its a style that has been scarce on the market, and me and many gamers(just look at KH sales) love that style.

To further demonstrate your ignorance, FF XV delays and ultimetely dissapointance had nothing to do with Nomura.First of all, like I said before but you ignored me, FF XV turned out very different of how Nomura first envisioned.Second, it was Tabata that made the mess that FF turned out to be, as he was director for most of the time and being the second director, he was the one to call the final shots on what to do with the game. And third, most of the fault lies with Square itself. Its their goddamn fault to announce things way too early, to decide that they want a real time action FF and all those decisions.Just look at KH III for example. It was Square to reveal it 4 years ago, instead of this year for example, and it was Square decision to change engines, which caused the game to delay for one year.None of that has anything to do with Nomura. And if you are complaining that Nomura likes to take a bit more of the game time to perfect things instead of releasing a broken game, be my guest and go play Bethesda games at launch.See what a pleasent experience that is.

Its really sad to hear you say such things because you are priving yourself of a great story, be it due to your impatience or simply because you are unable to grasp the story.Oh well.I still wish you that you enjoy KH III.And I do recommend that you play, or replay, the collections.Try paying more attention next time, it is really worth it!

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.
