Well depends how you look, if Sony, MS and Nintendo start releasing their IPs on every console, easily biggest loser would be Nintendo because 90% people buying their consoles to play their games on 1st place. Second biggest loser would be Sony beacuse it has more and bigger IPs than MS.

Why would they lose though when a lot more people are buying their games?

Also if no one would buy a Nintendo console if it hadn't exclusive games on it maybe Nintendo is doing something wrong.
