Won't happen as long as republicans control both the house and senate. These are politicians, they won't remove themselves from power. So the earliest it might happen is after the midterms elections in 2018, and that is only assuming the democrats take back both houses. In all likelihood, we are stuck with trump for 4 years... sigh...😒
