Most gamers care not for exclusives they just want the games they like the most which are multiplat whether you like it or not. People hear that PS4 is the most powerful, and at a lower price and that Xbox is "sh**" compared to PS because they have fewer games, is less powerful and so on and so on... they will just get a Playstation and most of the rest is up to word of mouth and advertizing. Most gamers don't look for exclusives that's just enthusiasts (am I allowed to use that word?) that care for them. Japanese games don't have to be exclusive to Sony unless Sony pays them to and that's why Phil is trying to do something. Now it's up to us as gamers to either mock Phil for trying or encourage him to rebuilt that relationship.

Are you just ignoring what I say? I just gave you a reason why people like me who dont own an Xbone and might be potential customers would want an Xbone, and it's because exclusives we dont get on PS4. Why are you still going on about "bbuut not everyone cares about exclusives people just wanna play some gaemz!"

Lol, we're not gonna buy an Xbone to play PS4 ports. Sure the tiny minority like you who prefer JPN games on their Xbox would be satisfied, but neither MS would be expanding their install base nor would it be profitable for the studios.

If Phil went to Japan to beg some ports then that should not be encouraged, he shouldn't 1. waste Microsoft's money on projects that don't grow Xbox install base and 2. screw the studios by having them make ports that dont make money

I'm not ignoring what you say at all. You talk about you and your tastes. You talk about Sony fans buying games on Xbox instead of buying them on PS4. That's not what I'm talking about and I don't think Phil expects  Sony fans to switch. Not everything MS does is solely to counter Sony. MS has customers that would like to play Japanese games  and they can't do so on Xbox. You act like people look and want only exclusives but that's not the case. If games are exclusive people will get that console just like they would for Sony made games. As for the games that could be multiplat like Star Ocvean, Persona, Nier etc well they could find an audience on Xbox.
