Funny, on my lunch today I played a bit and beat a Major shrine. Went through 100% of my weapons to attempt to kill the mini-guardian (whatever its actual name is) and in the end, when my last weapon shattered, I was able to parry with my shield when he shot a laser for a final kill. :)
Still, even if that hadn't happened, I would of had my bow/arrows (had a few bomb arrows and such) as well as bombs. Granted, I would've had one more actual weapon had I not forgotten I had picked a damn soup ladle. lol
