Irrelivent.

The point is that trump was not talking about a specific terrorist attack, he was referring to how a fox news report showed that crime was skyrocketing due to muslim immigrants or something. It is not Trumps fault that the segment had edited stuff to make it appear one way or another. He was just reffering to something he saw.  (All media skew there interviews. Just look at recent PewDiePie scenerio. They used his clips of his making fun of the media by being dressed up as a nazi supporter watching hitler videos as further proof of his antisemitism)

But whether Fox news distorted stuff or not is irrelivent to this situation.

The facts are that Trump talked about how Sweeden is facing more crime due to immigrants. Whehter or not that is true is beside teh point. He stated that.

The day after he states that, immigrants start a riot when a police officer tries to arrest one of them.

These riots are doing nothign but giving credence to Trumps statements, whether or not they were based on a lie or not of foxnews.

Can you provide a chart that links the spike in violence to migrants?

What are you talking about. Did you not get my point. Here let me state it as simple as I can.

1. FoxNews comes out with a story saying crime is rising in Sweeden due to immigration (Could be true, could be BS. Doesn't matter)

2. Trump see said report and during his speech in Florida brings it up.

3. Media and Sweedes get pissed and start kicking and screaming about Trump with hundreds of articles bashing Trump

4. Next day some cops go to arrest an immigrant and riots break out

5. It now looks like Trump was speaking truth and a bunch of articles out now about that

Let's say FoxNews report was completely a lie. This rioting happening the day after Trumps speech basically make that fact irrelivent. Now the only thing that matters in peopels minds are that Trump said Sweeden is rife with immigrant problems and these riots prove it.
