Property laws favour the rich irrespective of their skin colour. So, you can strike that point out.
Stop and frisk laws do not specify that the target has to a minority. I wonder how many Asian get stop and frisked in New York...
You're then on to laws that have been abolished for half a century or more.
So you haven't said how laws are disadvantageous to black people.
