The entire point of Steam is buy buy games and never play them :P ....or so it seems at times haha :D
To be fair I regulary buy games for a few quid just because I know they won't go cheaper and they are there if I feel the urge to play them :) But I know what you mean I buy a lot of games and they just end up sitting there because I just continue to play Rocket League or <Insert random MMO here> and leaving them sat in my library for months or even years :P
