I guess so, but that's just one off. Maybe Nintendo really doesn't know what they're talking about in terms of online chat. Reggie probalby got overwhelmed or something. But the renders, images of NX software developmental software, are just too well done. Not to mention you can check update history which ends on July 15th 2016...so I'd also guess these specs/features were pretty set in stone for mass manufacturing in October by the rumors.
